![]() ![]() This would be a very nice option for weddings/church work, or for quick horn changes in the brass quintet. It feels wide open without losing too much efficiency. We've cleaned it at the shop and aligned the valves, and it plays great. Unlike with many piccolo trumpets, the third valve slide ring works really well. Comes with cornet shank Bb/A leadpipes and a beautiful Kanstul case. The reason is because unlike many piccolos, which tend to be on the small side, this trumpet has a standard ML. It's the ideal piccolo trumpet for someone who mainly plays Bb trumpet. ![]() The Kanstul Custom piccolo was the first piccolo I ever purchased, back when I was in college. It's really too bad that they don't make these anymore, because the Kanstul custom class piccolo trumpet is so much fun! We just got this in on trade, and not only is it a great horn, but it's a great trip down memory lane.
